Removed, Disabled, Not Activated AD
Why is my ad disabled or removed?
Please check your link and website. It has been deactivated for non compliance. Frame-breaking out of our frame is considered cheating. This is the most common type of violation and most likely to have your ad disabled.
Repeat violations will be cause for permanent removal.
Displaying nudity of any kind may be cause for removal of your account.
If you are in doubt ask us to check your ad first before placing it into rotation.
When you have corrected any problem contact us to reinstate your ad.
My AD has not been ACTIVATED
1. Must have credits assigned. ADs with no credits assigned to them can not be activated.
2. All new ADs must be approved by admin before they will be activated.
Purchase advertising
Do I have to be a member to purchase advertising?
YES.
We can only provide advertising to members of record.

Activating new account
My account has not been activated
1. Check your email and that your WELCOME has not been blocked by your spam filters.
2. Go to our LOGIN page and request a lost password using the username that you signed up with.
Occasionally, our confirmation & welcome email which contains your new login information, gets blocked by some email clients. If we can not deliver these emails to you, it will not be possible for you to use our system.
Before you submit the sign up form to us, please make sure that our emails are able to be delivered to your in box.
The emails we send you, come from: earnfromclicks.info
You may want to make sure that address is white listed, or put in your "allowed" list, to make sure that your email client does not block our message.
This problem is primarily caused by services such as HotMail, YahooMail, AOL or other paid email clients (email addresses provided by your internet company).
The best advice we can give to be sure our welcome emails get to you, is for you to open a new free email address with a reputable provider such as Gmail.com (from Google), before you sign up with us. Doing this is the best way to guarantee you receive our messages.
We can not re-send welcome emails if they are not delivered first time around. It is your responsibility to ensure your email client accepts our address. If you do not receive our welcome email, please follow the advice above and re-submit the sign up form again.
If you create a second account using a different email please notify us to delete the previous failed account so that you are not flagged for having 2 accounts. We will need to manually delete that account for you. Do NOT attempt to have 2 accounts as both will be suspended for illeagal activity.
3. Contact us if you still have a problem. However, we can not contact you by email until you are a verified member. We will receive your email to us but we can not respond back to non verified members.
